• Ingredients: Coriander,Chilli,Cumin,Black Pepper,Dry Mango,Cassia,Clove,Turmeric,Dry Ginger,Anistar,Fennel,Black Cardamom,Cassia Leaf,Common Salt

Heat 2 tbsp oil, shallow fry 2 tbsp chopped onions chilli garlic paste and 2 finely chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt to taste. Roast on low flame. Add 500 g of boiled vegetables like potatoes, peas, cauliflower, capsicum. Add 1 tbsp of Agrawal's 420 Pav Bhaji masala. Mash vegetables and cook for 5-7 mins. Garnish with coriander and butter. Serve with butter roasted pav, finely chopped onion and lemon.
