• We use only 100% pure gonaturs coconut oil for making our banana chips. Used oil will not be used again for making chips. Raw Banana is selected from organic farms from various district of Kerala. No Preservative,No additives, No chemicals.
• We remove the skin of banana and cut it into small pieces. Then we wash it in water to remove stains and other impurities on banana during peeling. Then we wash it in distilled water with turmeric and salt. This banana is kept for sometime to reduce water content on the chips. Then we fry it in 100 % pure coconut oil and later on keep in filter pan to remove excess oil on the banana.

We use only gonaturs pure coconut oil (also available on amazon) for banana chips making and one time used oil never use for next time. We make chips from organically grown bananas. After collecting banana we peel it and slice it. We make them washed in distilled water, mixes with organic turmeric powder. After two or three washes, stains on peeled banana will be washed away. Then, we make it dried to remove water on chips. We then fry it in pure coconut oil. Then allows to dry and pack it in a hygienic way. But in commercially made chips, many unhealthy practices done like, using cheaper vegetable oils instead of coconut oil. In most of the cases, raw banana never washes or washes in turmeric powder. Instead some yellow colouring agents would be added. Usually fresh banana chips are made in road sides of across the state or in unhygienic conditions. We ensure that all such unhealthy practices are not followed and offers you the best quality banana chips. We dont use any kind of preservatives, additives or any other chemical agents to make banana chips, so please use our banana chips as early as possible, though its shelf life is 180 days.
