Gently lift it & fry it in pure or vanaspati ghee on gentle flame. Make sure the side having poppy seeds is facing up. While frying, with the help of Spoon pour hot ghee from the pan / kadhai on the upper surface & fry till light brown colour. Remove Anarasa from pan, drain excess ghee & allow to cool, to get crunchy, tasty Anarasa.
