How to make
1. Boil the water in a wide mounted container and take litre of water for every 50 grams of dry pasta.
2. To the boiling water, add dry pasta, teaspoon salt and tablespoon of oil. Stir the pasta periodically and let it cook for 8- 10 minutes. Take a piece to ensure it has no dry center.
3. Drain the water & rinse in cold water. Smear the drained pasta with 1/2 teaspoon of oil.
4. In a separate pan, heat some oil and saut your choice of vegetables and prepare pasta sauce.
5. Then add the already boiled pasta and stir with light hands. Cooks it for a few minutes only.
